Competition Policies

1. Competition Materials
·Participants must print the required competition pages in A3 size as speciied.
2. Participation
·Students may participate in one or multiple competitions.
·A separate entry fee applies for each competition.
3. Eligibility
·The competition is open to students only.
4. Entry Fees & Allocation
·The entry fee per competition is ₹250, distributed as follows:
o₹25 – Administrative Expenses
o₹25 – Honorarium for the Art Teacher
o₹200 – Forwarded to the Competition Organizers
Payment Distribution:
·80% of the total collected amount must be paid online via the payment gateway or NEFT.
·10% is allocated to the school for expenses (photocopying, postage, courier, etc.).
·10% is retained by the art teacher/coordinator as an appreciation token.
5. Payment Methods
Fees can be paid via any of the following methods:

6. Bank Details

7. Submission of Entries
·Entries must be sent via Courier, Speed Post, or Registered Post.
·Participants/coordinators must inform the organizers upon dispatch.
8. Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted:
·Completed Registration Form
·List of Participants with complete details
·Proof of Payment (DD, bank receipt, or money order receipt)
·Completed Competition Papers
9. Submission Deadline
·Entries must be submitted between April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
10. Result Announcement
·Results will be announced on January 26, 2026.
·Prizes, Trophies, Medals, Consolation Awards, and Certiicates will be dispatched within
